On average, I get about 20 comments a day. However, according to my stats, I get over 20 TIMES that number of visits a day. Do you know what that means? There are some people reading this entry RIGHT NOW who have NEVER commented! *GASP* Don’t be shy - I lurk at MANY sites - so today is MY day too!
Well, my friend. Today is YOUR day. You are, what we bloggers call, a “Lurker”. This means you visit our sites, you read our words, but we have NO idea who you are. We love you dearly - and we are glad you stop by - but we’d REALLY like you to comment today. De-Lurker Day.

I guess I’ve commented before, but would like to say that your site is one I love to read. Happy de-lurking day! This might really add up in $ by the end of today seeing the number of commenters you have. My husband and I made contributions and then my 11 year old wanted to know if she could use some of the Christmas money she received to give to the people in Southeast Asia. I started to say, no, that’s ok, Dad and I have sent a generous donation, but I stopped and said, ok, what would you like to send, so my little one has contributed $50 of her money. She was really proud and picked out which organization she wanted to give to (UNICEF). Sometimes our kids are so sweet! Take care, I’ll be back!
