Yuck. I just ate something really nasty. Lean Cuisine: Pepporoni French Bread Pizza. Or, as I call it, The nastiest excuse for food that has ever passed over my lips. Seriously - it was like salted cardboard. Blech.
And yes - I ate the whole thing. I was HUNGRY. And I kept hoping one of the bites would have a little bit of “Non-Cardboard” flavor. I eat diet food all the time - It doesnt all taste like styrofoam ass, I swear!
So - I washed it down with the fudge someone from my office put in the kitchen. That stuff? Was Good. Yum.

You just made me hungry. Not for styrofoam pizza, but for fudge. I haven’t had fudge in ages. Anyone out there want to make me some? (Because most of the time I can’t be trusted to do it myself.)
Next time dip the cardboard into the fudge.
The French bread pizzas are pretty gross, but Lean Cuisine’s regular single-serving pizzas are surprisingly tasty.
For what it’s worth.
Get Healthy Choice meals instead - they’re really good and they fill you up. I bring them with me to work all the time!
Mmmm, fudge… *Homer Simpson drooling noise*
Fudge! Did you say fudge? I would have just eaten the freakin fudge all by itself. YUM.
uh-huh… i know girl. weight watchers has YUM pizzas! they also have little chocolate cakes (1 point) that i have so been obsessing over since i kicked the smoking habit.
Did you nuke it or bake it? WIth those things I find I have to bake them for them to be edible. I like Lean Cuisine Glazed Chicken and spaghetti with marinara sauce.
oh yeah, and why does your elbow hurt?
Yep, nothing like fudge to wash down the bad tasting Lean Cuisine!
Just say no to styrofoam pizza . . . bring on da fudge!
I love fudge! And yet for some reason, I cannot make it properly — I’ve made concrete fudge and chocolate syrup fudge, but never normal fudge — so I never get to eat it.
And the regular Lean Cuisine pizzas aren’t bad (for frozen diet pizza) I like the margherita one, but you can’t always find it.
How funny, I must be a total freak cause I like the supreme French bread pizza!
I love salty cardboard
For the most part…LC makes me want to heave uncontrollably until I am dead. I keep doing comparisons to the Smart ONes equivallents and come up with the same conclusion:
Lean Cuisine makes you skinny b/c it tastes like fried armpit cake. I have to admit to liking the Smart Ones Pizza’s once in a while.
Fudge?Fudge? *drools* I love fudge. Haven’t had fudge in….. good god, almost a decade. I’m going to hell now for sure. damn.
Also? Styrofoam ass? tastes like styrofoam ass? I can’t stop laughing at that. I hope you don’t mind, I might just have to steal that saying and add it to my vocabulary.
Thanks toots!
fudge, fudge, fudge - all i can think of is how much I want fudge now and how it reminds me of the F- - - scene in a Christmas story — f -u-d-g-e!
Hey, girl, anything wet packed in cardboard is going to taste just like the package. Cardboard. Blech!
Hey, I just noticed that “Blech” and “Belch” can be typos of each other by just switching two letters. I am so cool.
I learned how to “turn off” my taste buds in order to scarf down some food-substitute in school. Sounds like this would be the perfect food-substitute for such a skill.
Fudge, mmmmmmmm fudge.
I am so jealous over your fudge. Maybe I will beg my mommy to make some for me. I’ve made it 3 or 4 times, and it’s always too soft. I mean, I eat it… but with a spoon right out of the pan, because it’s THAT soft.
Does eating diet food make up for all of those Krispy Kremes?!
Ok, you should totally go here http://www.leancuisine.com/Products/Details.aspx?ProductID=65
and leave a comment about what you think about the pizza. (from what people wrote they apparently have no taste buds.) Keeper sent me this site after a particularly nasty LC entree last year. I wrote some super excited response but I might have gone too far when I told them I was going to name my first born after the shit. (it was never posted on the site.)
best french bread pizza ever? stouffers french brea pizza. It’s not diet, but it is YUM! (it’s 4am and i’m surfing blogs)
