Edited to add: Her name is Darcy Candace. Should I take her out of the box? The eternal question, right?

awww! I wanna play too! Whats her NAME dude!?
You’re welcome darling. If there was anyone who needed a Cabbage Patch Doll right now, it’s you.
(And see how I’m totally taking credit for it? Because I am a whore.)
Of course you should take her out of the box. How else will you be able to take off all of her clothes? : )
your eyes are freaky, and your haircut!!! whatup? and does your cabbage patch doll girl wanna have sex with my cabbage patch doll boy?
OMG that was me! ME!!! Not Megan! But I was on Megan’s comptuer! Drunki commenting!!! sorry!!!
definately take her out of the box. she needs some fun after being snatched from the cabbage patch!
Okay, I am coming out of ‘lurkdom’ to say how cute you are with your cabbage patch doll. I guess if you are going to keep up your naked doll fetish, she will have to come out of the box. Love your blog - I read it everyday and laugh.
You totally have to take her out of the box! How sad is a doll that’s been left in a box? I say take her out for a night on the town.
Welcome to the world of cabbage patch kids. 21 years after getting my first one for Christmas, I still adore her. At the risk of sounding like a complete freak, I’ll even tell you that she moved with me to Sweden. Her “well-loved” skin tone proves that I was never a leave them in the box kind of girl.
OMG that’s so cute! I had a few growing up and I can’t elieve this is your first. COngrats! You’ll love her to death! (I suddenly want my mom to send over mine! lol)
She totally need to be nekkid like the rest of your stuff so get her out of the box. Besides, I don’t think she can breathe very well in there..just sayin…
I think she needs to come “out” of the box!
OOOOHHHH How sweet…Of course she needs to come out of the box….How else can you hug her and she hug you………….Just thinking…..
I was okay till I got to Laura’s comment.
Bwahahahahaha!
Dolls here? Fear the puppy. I think you know what I mean.
That is the sweetest thing - EVER!! Props to Amalah!! My Mom has a similar story. She never had a Barbie
Can you imagine??? My Dad got her My First Barbie one year for Christmas, and she got SO emotional!! I don’t think she ever took it out of the box though.
Yes, take her out. And carry her around and hold her and love her and change her diaper and giggle at her butt (cuz it is sighned) and send in her birth certificate!!!
You MUST open her up. How else will you be able to bring her over to play with Allie Dorie , the adorable new addition to MissMa’am’s doll collection. That was AMAZINGLY sweet of amalah to send you one. Enjoy Darcy Candace , the newest member of the Zoot Clan!!!
Every girl deserves to have at least one Cabbage Patch Kid in her life. Love her hair!!
of course! do it!
OMG! I’m crying now because I’m SOOO Happy for you! Damn, why didn’t I think of that wonderful gift? Bad, bad, horrible friend!
My first one was named Adaline Clare. *swoon*
I lover Darcy! I have a fondness for cabbage patch kids! I got my first one when I was 11? not sure what age, I know I was little though.
Take her out of the box! They smell really good too.
My Cabbage Patch Kid was named Myra Tansy.
Well…..did you open her up or not? I hope so!
OOOOO my, I had one of those dolls when I was a little girl, I named her Cecilie. Wonder where she dissapeared to…..
Anyway, I am jealous, but in a good way
every girl needs to have had a cabbage patch doll. it’s like the rite of being a woman.

Dang sweet, that is. Darcy Candace must come out of the box so you can hug her!
I got mine 2nd hand and named her Nancy. I also had a knock-off called Denise, and one my grandma made (which was actually a very nice doll) named Sarah. No idea where they are now. I picked the names Nancy and Denise. I PICKED THOSE NAMES and I thank God my name-picking taste has improved. They are nice names and good names, so no offense Nancy and Denise, but I want my kids’ names to be a bit more original.
