Don’t Hate Me Because I Stink
Category: Grumblecakes |

For those of you who are cold or looking at snow right now? Turn away, before you feel the need to kill me, because I’m about to bitch about being hot.

I just got back from running errands on my lunch break and HOLY CRAP where did all of that sun and HEAT come from? I’m wearing a sweater and jeans and I remembered today: I don’t have A.C. in my car! So, the entire lunch break, I was guzzling water and monitoring my body odor and trying to decide if it would be considered “inappropriate work attire” if I showed up back at the office with those oh-so-sexy sweat stains under my boobs.

I decided it wouldn’t matter because I now stink so bad that there is no way anyone could get past my odor long enough to contemplate my sweat stains.

    Tee hee.

It’s 85 here today. And I’ll probably sweat under my boobs when I go out in about an hour.

Lunch break? You mean you’re working on Good Friday? Hey, if I have to hate you because of the heat there, you can hate me for my day off. Actually, it’s not that bad in Ottawa today - it’s supposed to get to 4 degrees above freezing today. When it hits 7 degrees above freezing (as it’s supposed to in the next couple of days), I may just don my bikini and sun myself on the back deck (nope, not kidding) on Monday… which I also have off, SO THERE!

I am so with you. I went to the park on my lunch break ( to take pics with our new digital camera). I am sweaty. But, I get sweaty easily. Usually on my back but today, a little under my boobs too… But that’s ok, because our office is closing at 3pm in honor of Good Friday!!

It’s 46 right now, and comparitively, that’s a heat wave. So, yay! I got to open my windows on my way to Target, and even my sunroof.

That’s too bad. It’s perfect out here. Sunny, not a cloud in the sky, mid 70s, with a slight breeze. :) :) :) :) heehee.

I wore a tiny cardigan over a strapless dress.. and I am so glad that I carry car deodorant (a travel stick of Secret in my glove box!) because after an outdoor lunch??? I definately needed it..

not that I’m complaining, spring was WAAY overdue!

You are too funny !!! We soaked up all the sun we could get today by going to the “big park” down the road! The kids loved every second of it and didn’t want to come in. The icing on the cake???? Convincing MrZ to let the puppies play outside a few extra minutes so Sir could get a few more Sweeite kisses!

That’s just cruel, picking on us in the north like that it was a whopping 40 degrees here today! I am so jealous and I miss the south sooo much.

It hit 43 today here, Zoot. 43. That’s 43F. 11 fewer degrees and water would be freezing. Even the sweat under your boobs would be freezing. I don’t want to hear nothin’ about it being too hot in AL. Dammit.
