Ch-Ch-Changes
Well, I couldn’t bring myself to do a “I’m Having a Baby!” skin, and I was drawing a creative blank with doing a Harry Potter skin for the release of the next book – so I went for a generic retro skin. As usual – it may be wonky here and there. This was one of my fastest designs – as I did it in about three hours Monday night. So – there are probably several bugs.
I wanted to do this because the last default skin was SO graphic intensive and people were having a hard time with it loading. Hopefully this one will load a little faster.
If you have NO idea what the hell I’m talking about? Click here to see the new skin. If you hate it? Feel free to choose whatever you were using from the dropdown list to the right.
I’ve also removed my blogroll from the sidebar and made a “links” page instead in the “About” section. My blogroll was not loading at times and it was pissing me off – so I hardcoded the daily reads and put them on their own page. It also cleans things up, I believe.
So – let me know – do you LOVE it? HATE it? Could care less and just wish I would quit changing it already?

I like it, Zoot. I had a hard time loading your page (slooow), but this one does much better. I still don’t know what “wonky” means.
Love it! It popped right up. Pretty work, love the circly gear thingys.
Well, it does load faster but I found it harder to read and a little too much on the right. Guess my brain got so use to everything being on the left that such a change was too much for me! I think I might keep the greenlounge look.

God I would SO do a Harry Potter skin if I had the time, but it’s such a tricky thing to do without making it too busy. Personally, I love MuggleNet’s look and wouldn’t want to rip it off.
I like the new skin, but I’m partial to the lounge, it’s got my favorite colors.
