Random Sunday
MrZ finally got our computer up and running today, and then he went over to his parents to help them wipe their old computer clean. I’ve gotten my computer backed up and after wrestling the the damn Symantec LiveUpdate for HOURS, I finally manually downloaded the most recent virus updates and I think we’re finally all running up to par again. Woo Hoo!
I meant to mention that I watched Book of Daniel from Friday night. LilZ was enjoying it and asked me who recommended it. I told him, “No one, really. But there are some religious groups demanding it not be shown, and we all know I love what they hate!” Which, is true, I really enjoyed it. It’s an Episcopalean priest with one gay son, one adopted Chinese son who is an EXTREME player, a daughter who sells drugs to pay from computer animation equipment, a Bishop father who is cheating on his mother with another Bishop. Oh – and the Bishop father doesnt know the son is gay and sets him up with a girl.
Can it GET any better than that? I don’t think so.

She’s a cutie! I liked Book of Daniel myself, while not a religious person AT ALL, I have friends who are in the clergy or married to it, and they have real lives. As messed up as the rest of us. Plus I’ve always been an Aiden Quinn fan.

We caught the middle of it (Jesus in the car with him up to the women talking about the guy who ran off) and it seemed like a lot to jump into all at once. Life is crazy like that, but most people can only deal with one or two issues in their lives at a time. Just seemed to be too much “in your face” for me. Of course, after reading about the writer, he definitely has his axes to grind…
It is also fuzzy on our tv, though, so that might have been what made me “eh” on it.

The pictures of a daddy and his little girl are always cute. But the last picture is absolutely PRICELESS! You have to start posting more of those. You are just as beautiful as she is!

Oh man, she is a doll. I was watching old videos of my niece (who is now 14) and NikkiZ looks JUST like her! I wish I could take a pic of the video for you to see.

I miss my kiddos being that small. I m iss the smiles and how everything is so new. But I don’t miss it enough to have another so i enjoy seeing all the pics of your lil one. She is just adorable!
