MrZ called me and told me about something rockin’ awesome he discovered. He had an image somebody gave him. They wanted to know what font it used. After failing to find it by just scrolling through various fonts, he uploaded it to www.whatthefont.com and Voila! There it was.
(He is so sexy when he gets geeky.)
I told him about how I wanted to find out what font Aveeno used on their baby products.
“It’s the same font that Target uses on their candy aisle signs.”
(Yes, I’m a geek who sees the world in terms of fonts…shut up.)
Not only did he not mock me for reserving part of my memory for Cool Fonts I See And Covet, but he actually found the answer! He captured an image of an Aveeno product and uploaded it to that site. Guess what? The font is called Wendy and it’s so cute. EEK. That is what I wish my handwriting looked like. It just screams “12-year old girl with a crush on Ricky Schroeder” - don’t you think?
I have decided this is my new favorite website. I followed the “Not quite what you want?” link and found gobs and gobs of adorable fonts. Granted - they all cost money - but still! Cuteness isn’t free, people! If you need me, I’ll be in the Starlets section. Probably drooling on my keyboard.
Fonts are hott.
