Recovery
This is another one of my favorite pictures from this weekend. I’m probably going to be posting random pictures with entries for weeks just to make sure you all get to see all of my faves. I’m not even going to bother trying to connect the picture with the entry. I’m too lazy.
It is 6:03am and I woke up about 10 minutes ago. I went to bed fairly early and slept all the way through the night without even moving. I was exhausted. The traveling, the eating, the chasing of the toddlers through nice houses – it was enough to make my body practically shut down the second it hit the bed last night.
NikkiZ was so tired at about 6:30pm last night, I decided just to let her go to bed, even if that would mean she’d be up before 4am. She had a very long week as well. I think there were 43 people at our Thanksgiving Dinner – and I’m fairly certain 42 of them were under the age of 5. She played with more kids the last four days than she probably has the last year total. She is still asleep. 12 hours of non-stop sleeping is a record for her. I may even buy her a trophy.
Beautiful picture! What camera are you using? I remember you recently talking about it but I can’t find the post. Man, I am lusting after a new camera for Christmas.
OMG!! I cannot stand the cuteness that is NikkiZ. Is it weird that I am so in love with your baby? Her eyes could go on forever.
