I just use the mats the gym provides. I have found yoga not only helps my flexibility and physical well being but my writing as well. The only thing, and I guess I will confided in you because you don't seem to be like this, is that she doesn't love me as much. Sometimes, on special days when you recognize things you love, she doesn't even mention me. It is so sad. Nothing a couple of bottle of tequila can't remedy!!! Tequila!!!!
