Dear Dove,
This ad means the world to me. This is the picture of “growing old” that I want to hold onto. It is the picture I want to show my daughter. It is the picture I want to be for my daughter.
You continue to rock my socks.
Your loyal friend,
Zoot.

Awesome, as usual. I just lurve Dove.
perfect timing me for me.. feeling old, looking old.. wrinkles that I swore I’d never have…….
Thanks so much for posting this. The women in this ad are MY AGE. I never see women my age celebrated as beautiful. This was really moving to me.
I really am loving their recent ad campaigns – so refreshing after some of the crap we put up with.
Dove rules. Makes me proud of my collection!
I saw this a couple of days ago, and of course I think it’s totally rad. I still can’t give up my TIGI catwalk curls rock products, though.
Hey, btw, I picked up a few cans of Cafe du Monde chicory coffee at the FM today. It’s much more hardcore than their regular new orleans roast. I guess they have it out for Carnival — I thought the D-ster might like some. It is STOUT unless you have it with tons of milk.
That’s a fantastic ad! Go Dove!
I work with teens and pre-adolescent girls and I’ve been using these Dove commercials to spark discussions about how media influences us. The girls have all responded that they love these adds & feel this is truly beauty.
Bravo Dove!!!!

That’s an awesome ad.
I love Dove ads, too. I saw one a couple months ago that showed the process of making an ad. They put tons of makeup on the model and still ended up editing it and the whole moral of the ad was that we have expectations of beauty of that we can’t attain because what we see in the ads is all fake. It was really good. I say, keep it up, Dove.
I just went and got a free sample of DOVE!
