I may be a bit insane
Okay – so I’m soooooo excited about tonight’s episode of Friday Night Lights that every time I see a preview for it, I tear up a little bit. I’M SERIOUS. The show is so good I cry in anticipation of it. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH ME. The previews just look so good and I just can’t wait and it’s turned me into an emotional basketcase. How bad is it? ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO KNOW?
It’s so bad – I just cried over a trailer for Firehouse Dog.
Can you imagine how much of a wreck I’ll be if they don’t renew this show? It will be ugly.
I feel almost the same about Friday Night Lights. I really, really wish I could marry that show! The acting, and I guess the writing a directing are unique and awesome.

Ditto! I was so nervous when I heard they may cancel it…then when they kept changing around the night is was on. Hopefully it has a strong enough following to stay on. I think it is just a good show darn it!
Wednesday nights were my tough tv night – I actually resorted to reading for a few of them … then Zoot started the Friday Night Lights gushing – then every Saturday and Sunday afternoon for three weeks running, Bravo ran a Friday Night Lights Marathon (yes, I watched every episode even if I had seen it three hours before ….) and I, too, am an addict! My husband questions my sanity, but 5 minutes with Kyle Chandler just makes me swoon!!!
Exactly what about “Firehouse Dog” makes you tear up? Lol.
Well….did you watch last night? It was very good. I loved them playing in the cow pasture! The scene with the rape stuff was heavy, but it was great as usual!!!
I have finally stumbled across someone else who loves that show!!! I think it is the best thing I have seen on television in years. I have a completely unhealthy obsession with the character Riggins (unhealthy in the sense that I am 28, married, with a baby). I do not know what I will do if it is cancelled…
Our TIVO went bezerk this week and we had to reset it. We lost everything, including the last 4 episodes of Friday Night Lights that I had not watched because I am working 90 hours a week. At least I’ll have some “new” TV to watch this summer.
I love FNL too! Not to into the mass hysteria of Lost or American Idol…but something about FNL sucked me in! I want to GO THERE!!!
