It was about mile 12, and I look great: I'm smiling and waving, not too sweaty, my form is still good, generally look like I'm just out for a Sunday jog. But the guy in front of me is bleeding from the nipples. My husband saw it and said "that guy ruins your picture!" and I told him "are you kidding? he makes the picture! he's BLEEDING from the NIPPLES and I look great. What an ego-boost!" That last video reminded me of the other funny thing that happened at my first marathon:
