There has been talk about how sometimes blogs are just so boring. So, to counter that accusation, I’m going to post something exciting and thrilling and funny and thought-provoking.

No, I’m not. Jeez – who do I look like? Instead – I’m going to do a meme someone tagged me with. I inserted an AMEN when I chose to keep her answers instead of using my own.

What were you doing 10 years ago?
Hm. June of 1997. I was in college with a 2-year-old LilZ and was still with his father. I was smoking too much and making bad decisions left and right. The only thing good I was doing was being a good Mom to LilZ. That’s something I always hold on to. I was not necessarily a good person and was making a lot of bad decisions that would come back to haunt me years later. Let’s just say I’m in a much better place right now.

What were you doing 1 year ago?
I was in a different job doing work I loved to do with a company that was going out of business quickly – so I had to leave. I was also talking about fanny packs.
