“Do Not Disturb” sign is removed from JKRowling.com!

LeakyNews.com is reporting that the sign is removed from JKRowling’s office on her site. (Edited to Add - I use the British Version of the site b/c it seems the US version will sometimes give me fits and freeze up. You might want to do the same. Or sometimes the steps are different.) Click the eraser on her desk to get to the office to see the sign off the door. This is her way of either announcing something major or giving us teasers for an upcoming book. This time, it looks like another WOMBAT test (I’ve done all of the others – have you?). If you are like me and don’t want to figure out how to get to the test yourself, click the “more” link below for instructions.

Wait until the fly lands on the window; click him. He turns into a key. Drag him to the door and open, and see the desk. On the desk, put the circle on top of the line; it should sparkle. Then put the triangle on top (essentially creating the symbol on the spine of the British edition cover of DH). It should also sparkle. Then take your test!

Hi. I’m Kim.

This is my blog that I've been writing on since January, 2004. I call myself Zoot as it's a derivative of an old childhood nickname. I used to write about my struggles to have children, but eventually I succeeded and now, I write a lot about those kids. I don't use my kid's exact names simply because if someone Googles their very unique names in the future, I don't want them stumbling upon my entries about boobsweat. I mean, would you hire someone whose Mom writes openly about such topics? NO. YOU WOULD NOT.

I love taking pictures and carry my camera (almost) everywhere I go. This means you'll see a lot of photos on this site. I also periodically post recipes I like as I've been slowly (but surely) learning to cook and I like to share my discoveries. Finally? I'm an annoying pop culture fanatic so I'll periodically ramble about Hunger Games or the latest Parks and Recreation.

I hope you like it here. If not? Please don't tell me. I cry easily.
