For the record…

…It is 10:21pm and I’m up! It’s like a world record or something. I’m usually in bed around 8pm. But not tonight! Tonight I’m a wild woman, partying like a rockstar! And I just wanted to make sure we had proof of this. In case, you know, anyone cared.

As a fellow pregnant chic, I know how hard it is to stay up past 8. Way to go, party on.

I don’t know how I’m surviving my graveyard shifts. It’s painful.

Haha I am both amazed and very proud ;-)

Congrats! I’m always this excited when I can say that I actually slept. :-)

Yay! Other early-to-bed’ers. I’m usually out by 9pm. I don’t function if I don’t get at least eight hours of sleep. (Plus, I have to get up early most days. There is no partying ’til dawn for me anymore.)

  5. Stacey says:

HA! that is funny cuz I am normally up at that time and I think I was dead asleep at that time last night. That only lasted until midnight when I woke up and tossed and turned the rest of the night….

  6. Stephanie says:

I so WAS NOT… every since I became pregnant my bedtime gets earlier and earlier and if for some reason I don’t get in bed on time… OH THE NEXT DAY IS NOT PRETTY

I suppose we can believe you are up late, but since you often set things to post at specific times, you could just be tricking us all! Some part of some great evil plan or something. MissZoot: “OMG, it will be SO FUNNY to make them think I am up late by stating in the post “10:21pm” and then setting it to post at 10:22!” Because yeah, that would be SO Funny. HA

I think I need some proof of life at 10:21!

    :)

I really wish I could go to bed at 8 pm sometimes. I was up until after 11 again last night!

  9. Jenny H. says:

I find it interesting that you didn’t mention WHAT you were doing at 10:21 pm…

  10. Katy says:

I wish I could go to bed at 8PM every night. That would be lovely. I just have too much to do.

  11. Becky says:

    Good for you, Zoot.

Always livin’ on the edge, eh?

Hi. I’m Kim.

This is my blog that I've been writing on since January, 2004. I call myself Zoot as it's a derivative of an old childhood nickname. I used to write about my struggles to have children, but eventually I succeeded and now, I write a lot about those kids. I don't use my kid's exact names simply because if someone Googles their very unique names in the future, I don't want them stumbling upon my entries about boobsweat. I mean, would you hire someone whose Mom writes openly about such topics? NO. YOU WOULD NOT.

I love taking pictures and carry my camera (almost) everywhere I go. This means you'll see a lot of photos on this site. I also periodically post recipes I like as I've been slowly (but surely) learning to cook and I like to share my discoveries. Finally? I'm an annoying pop culture fanatic so I'll periodically ramble about Hunger Games or the latest Parks and Recreation.

I hope you like it here. If not? Please don't tell me. I cry easily.
