It’s That Time of Year Again
Today is the official and annual Mother’s Day Movie Extravaganza! Those of you who have known me for awhile have heard me talk about this before. I get to pick out THREE movies to see and I spend all day at the movie theater with whatever kids can join. Birds! With Swirly Wings!
If you live in the Huntsville area, might I suggest you attend a Spirited Art class? You pay $35 dollars and no matter how little natural ability you have (Trust me. Me: First of all, that’s not cheesy. That’s AWESOME. Where were you when I was writing that damn thing? Second of all…when you said “Daughter” my brain went immediately to “Slaughter”. I definitely suck... Read More
Send an Ark. ASAP.

Schools were closed Thursday and Friday because we had 2 probably H1N1 flu cases (one now confirmed) which has had us all in a weird holding pattern as the state decided to close some schools until May 14th. (Not ours! Yay!) On top of that, we’ve had Armageddon level storms that have brought tornadoes and flooding all over our area. We find ourselves torn between coating our hands with antibiotic gel and hiding in the bathroom with... Read More
