Well…we survived our trip to Auburn, AL for my sister-in-law’s graduation. It turns out, THREE is the magic age when traveling gets easier. You don’t have to drag around diapers or diaper bags. Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
A friend of mine mentioned cooking some good chicken and rice soup the other night and this was the basic recipe he used, with ground chicken. I thought I’d give it a whirl but I made a few adjustments based on what was in my kitchen, and what I like.
