I’m grouchy today. VERY grouchy. So, it seems like a good idea to take some time to make a list of positives instead of grumbling about the negatives. At least it will help for about 45 seconds.

1. Sunny winter days. Because rainy winter days suck donkey balls.
2. Christmas candy.
3. Hot tea! I’ve gotten hooked on all sorts of variations of the stuff. Who knew I’d be a hot tea drinker?
4. LilZ watching the kids while I took a bath last night was the only thing that kept me from going bonkers.
5. Argyle socks. What is it that make me love them so?

1. Aveda hand relief. One of the few/only cosmetics I don’t buy at Target.
2. Going shopping with MrZ. We do it…never…but we did it last night and it was fun.
3. Baby hugs.
4. When someone else makes the type of mistake I typically do. I like the change.
5. Cartoon penguins

Did Schmutzie demand the 365 days come consecutively? I think not. I do want to do this for 365 days, but since I kinda forgot the last few days (Business traveling! Christmas card making! Santa seeing!) then I’m just going to stick with it and just call it Days of Grace. I’m adventurous like that.

1. Vising Santa with kids who are either a) finally old enough not to be scared or b) young enough to find him funny, not frightening. No tears this year!
2. Traditions documented in photos.
3. Learning new things, like I did on Friday. LOTS of new things.
4. Chapstick when you need it. It’s wonderful when it’s there because it’s AWFUL when it’s not.
5. Converse All-Stars

1. NikkiZ has recently been demanding LilZ give her hugs and kisses when he gets out of the van in the mornings. It may annoy him slightly, but I love it.
2. Suave Mousse. I’ve been using it for over a decade, and even with the periodic sampling of better products? It’s still my favorite. For 1.67? Can’t beat it.
3. Bambi. My male cat that insists upon the periodic head-butt to show his affection.
4. Sterling silver jewelry.
5. My brother who often seems so perfect it both shames me and inspires me.

1. Samantha Who?. I love that show and last night’s episodes had me laughing my ass off. Just a sweet kinda’ funny.
2. Free bagels. I get 12 a year and I haven’t used all of mine yet for 2008 so I get to cram them in these last few weeks. Woo!
3. New pens. I got the new Uni-Ball Vision Needle two days ago. LOVE IT!
4. Snow. We saw snow yesterday, people!
5. Stickers. I still love stickers and have them all over my daily-planner. Because I’m 8.
